Order before 3PM EST and your product will ship the same day Monday-Friday.
In the domestic USA we can ship overnight by either checking out via the online shopping cart or calling us. If we receive the order before 3PM EST USA, and it is a week day, we can ship rush orders.
Please note that Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipments shipped Thursday or Fridays before 3PM EST will not be delivered Saturday or Sundays as UPS does not deliver packages those days.Note: UPS does not count non-business days, (Saturday and Sunday) in their transit time.
All online orders are generally processed and shipped the same business day excluding holidays and weekends, if the order is place by 3PM EST USA. Shipping is automatically calculated and shipping options are offered upon checkout.
We ship from Oakwood, Georgia, USA and estimate between 2 to 5 days for product delivery (after processing and shipment) depending on the shipping method (UPS, USPS). These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or UPS / Postal Service delays.
Please Note: UPS does not count non-business days, (Saturday and Sunday) in their transit time unless the premium added service of Saturday delivery is added to the shipment and that has an additional fee.

Due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), there is a national shortage on many of our regularly stocked items.
As a result, we have temporarily changed our return policy on select items impacted by the shortage.
Effective immediately, all sales of these following products are final.
BAC, OxyOrange, Botanical HP, and Noroxycdiff
Returns of the products, in any condition, will not be accepted.
For other PreVasive items:
We accept returns only on new, unopened and unused products. Items delivered to the customer defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item or serviced by either PreVasive USA or the manufacturer of the item.
Simply contact us for a return authorization within 15 days of receiving your order. Please also be sure to include a copy of your receipt so that we may identify the order.
The payment method used to make the purchase will be credited back, less any shipping costs incurred to ship your order.
The client will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, always keep your return tracking number on hand in case your package gets stolen or lost during shipping. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
